Greece International Airport (AIA / El. Venizelos) hacked!!

Last night Iranian hackers compromised AIA’s page, demonstrating once again how loosen the security is in major Greek sites.
As said in the past, in Greece organisations and government are paying a lot of money for simple web site development and promotion but are not considering the security at all.

Mass defacements and single hosts hacked, March 15 2012

Past two days we didn’t write about the domains that were hacked in the .gr tld, but there was a large mass deface at 13th of March in the server IP 194.219.79.163.
Many domains – most of them from what appears are joomla websites – were defaced from the attacker. The second mass defacement was at the server with IP address 72.55.186.48 and it is not the first time that this host was hacked, it was hacked during 2010 and 2011 …

45 Chinese websites hacked and defaced

An Anonymous hacker who use’s the handle poltergeisth4cker has dumped a list of 46 websites that they have hacked and defaced.
The attacks are in relation to “free tibet”, all sites are chinese based.

BMW Greece hacked..

BMW Greece hacked..

Just a few minutes ago, we noticed that www.bmw.gr is hacked.
The web site is not restored yet, below you can see the hacked page.
eCORE takes the credit for the deface of BMW in Greece a site hosted by ForthNET on their data center in Agios Stefanos.
bmw.gr is hosted on a shared server which is very inappropriate for large companies which must be hosted on isolated and secured enviroments.
We will follow up this incident with further details …
